John Green says something.
(From the TFiOS audiobook. No spoilers.)
I was hoping someone was gonna post this!
Real human being.
Hashtag Real John Green.
This might just be the most inspirational and beautiful thing I have ever heard John say, ever.

“never again”
This image is one of the most powerful pro-choice images I’ve ever seen. When I saw it in the newspaper I immediately cut it out and hung it on my wall.
This is not my image. I’m using it with permission from Arthur Newspaper.
I know what it’s for, I just don’t understand what her sign means…
it means she never wants to have a coat hanger used on her to perform an abortion ever again
I finally got to see this today after all the waiting and what-not, so did it live up to the expectation?
I felt the start was quite slow and there were somethings that I really didn’t like, for example Charlize Theron’s accent (some of the time anyway) but when Kristen Stewart’s Snow White steps onto the scene the film picks up, a lot.
She definitely carried this film and I don’t think it would have worked without her.
Chris Hemsworth was brilliant, and i’m not just saying that because he is a fellow Aussie, but I enjoyed his performance.
Kristen Stewart does a wonderful job of redefining Snow White from a Disney Princess to a true hero. The way she was able to take this character and make her a hero without loosing the feminine part of her character is inspiring.
There is also great character development with her. Starting her lines with simply whispers and new the end empowering a revolution through a speech.
I think this film is much more than a re imagining of a fairy tale like some are (like a Cinderella Story), this has much more depth and a more empowering message.
Well chosen Kristen. I will definitely be seeing this again!

Meanwhile, in Australia…

I am finding it really daunting to think about what happens at the end of this year.
I finish exchange and travels and get home to start my final semester of uni, only to the graduate and then have to live in the proverbial ‘real world’.
I don’t even know what I want to do with my life anymore.
It was simple when it was primary school, you graduate and head to high school and then there was really no other option of what to do but go to uni. The only question there was what to study. Now what?
Should I try and get a job or internship in what my degree is in? Should I keep studying? Should I get a shitty job and save to travel again?
Why is there so many options?
Someone make my mind up for me.
